Remote Desktop Support Service

This service is an ENDPOINT remote desktop support service. It is paid in advance and a full refund will be provided if the issue is not resolved. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide valid proof that the issue was not resolved to the customer's satisfaction. To request a refund, please click on the following link to fill out the refund request form.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued if the following conditions are met:

The service was paid for in advance.
The issue was not resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

The refund request form must include the following information:

Your name and contact information.
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue that was not resolved.
Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots or error logs.
Refund Processing

Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the service.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Issues that are not covered by the service agreement.
Issues that are caused by the customer's own actions or negligence.
Issues that are beyond the scope of the service.
